Visiting the sick and anointing him
God's Messenger (pbuh) whenever visited a sick person in his family, he used to anoint him by passing his blessed hand over the sick person's head and praying: O Lord and Cherisher of the human beings, relive these sufferings and cure this servant. Indeed , Thou alone has the power of healing, and Thou alone can effect permanent recovery.
